No charge will be made for administering medicines or feeding your own food.
Any veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner of the pet. Isolation (if deemed necessary) are in addition to our basic charges
Terms & Conditions
No animal will be accepted unless proof of inoculation is furnished upon arrival. Including canine kennel cough.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any pets looking unwell.
I understand that while every care will be given to my animals, they are booked in entirely at my own risk.
I authorise you to call a veterinary surgeon on my behalf should it be necessary during this or any future visits.
Fees are charged from day of arrival. Departure days will not be chargeable if your pets are collected by 10.30a.m.
I understand a 20% non returnable deposit is required with each booking, and that the boarding fees are due for the full booking should I collect my animals before the date of departure. In the unfortunate situation where a booking is cancelled, a 50% charge will be administered.
Abandoned animals: If any animals are not collected within 14 days of the due date of departure, and there has been no communication from the owner, or the owner's agent, and if efforts to contact the owners fail, then the pet(s) become the property of the proprietors.
