At the point of issuing a booking acknowledgement we will request a non returnable payment before confirmation of the booking. In the unfortunate circumstances of a cancelled booking we reserve the right to retain all payments

For bookings of 3 days or less we will request payment in full

For bookings of 4 days or more we will request a 50% payment

All payments to be made within 5 working days of receiving an acknowledgement form

My girls were so happy here ... thank you Dawn and Chris ... we were so happy that they were so chilled and relaxed when we collected them .. I hate leaving the girls in kennels but I have no issues leaving them in you care thank you xx
Absolutely amazing we was very nervous about our boy going to kennels for the first time as he can be hard work to say the least but Chris and Dawn soon put us at rest and welcomed Milo into there care.
We messaged to check he was ok whilst we was away and we got a prompt reply saying he was having the best time 😃 we can’t thank you enough for looking after him so well whilst we was away, we wouldn’t hesitate to use you guys again and considering all the restrictions on everyone now it was very well managed, well done and thank you very much for being such caring,
Kind people people who clearly go above and beyond to make sure your dog is well cared for In kennels and your care it’s very rare to find.
Perfect place to leave your pet . Our boy didn't want to leave , he was looked after like a King !
Spotlessly clean, underfloor heating (when necessary) and lots and lots of love, our dogs are always happy there.
